BML to Host Employment Fair

Census Bureau Employment Opportunty

Breeden Memorial Library will host the National Processing Center in an informational session for employment with the U.S. Census Bureau on Saturday, March 30, from 12-4 pm.

The National Processing Center, located in Jeffersonville, is the U.S. Census Bureau’s primary center for mail processing, survey processing, data capture, and imaging processing. They are now hiring full- and part-time positions for Call Centers, Mail Processing, Analytical Processing, Document Services, Data Capturing, Geographic Operations, and Warehousing.

Hundreds of entry level office and warehouse clerk positions will be filled starting at $14.30 per hour. Employee perks include a benefits package, onsite fitness/wellness center, and paid vacations, sick leave, and holidays.

A representative of the National Processing Center will be at BML to provide information about the positions and help with online applications.
